Who We Are?

Hi There!

This is Kassem and Getaway Suggest is where I’ll be sharing my passion for travel and outdoor trips with you!

I enjoy hiking, camping and pretty much everything outdoors. I started hiking consistently with a local group back in 2012 in my home country. The first time I traveled abroad was in 2014 when I went on a 6-day backpacking trip in Nepal. That trip was life changing and got me excited about traveling and spending as much time as possible out in the wilderness!

Today, I spend almost every weekend hiking with my beloved wife. We also enjoy birdwatching as well as wildlife spotting and photography. Additionally, we always have travel itineraries planned and booked at least a year in advance!
